We are thrilled to announce Ryan Flynn as the U12 Girls Head Coach!

Ryan Flynn brings a deep passion for the game and a development-first mindset to coaching the U12 Girls Program. A Waltham native, Ryan grew up playing hockey in the community and is a graduate of Waltham High School, where he competed as a multi-sport athlete.

He went on to excel in lacrosse at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Ryan offers several years of coaching experience with a strong commitment to female athletics and player development. He believes young athletes thrive through structured, engaging practices that build strong fundamentals, confidence, and hockey IQ.

Ryan is dedicated to supporting each player’s growth while fostering accountability, confidence, and a positive team culture. Off the ice, he serves as a Senior Director at an industry-leading broker-dealer and technology firm, bringing a high level of organization, preparation, and professionalism to his coaching approach.
